Summary/Abstract: The intermundane communication reflects the modifications that take place in the community, adjusting itself incessantly to momentary constraints (which sometimes are even irreversible), to innovating circumstances, often created by the need of a social imperative that marks the necessity of mentality change. The political segment influences, in its turn, the development and the change in the individual and collective mentalities, leaving its mark unquestionably on the human evolution.
