Summary/Abstract: Within the area of foreign language teaching, this article attempts to emphasize the importance of the acquisition, which, sometimes, is ignored by teachers. Based on previous studies, the problem regarding the acquisition of complex units is a matter not yet settled in the academic field and it is detailed in this paper, followed by proposals for Romanian students and teachers.
