Summary/Abstract: The article desribes problems of results orientation, understandood as the object of studies of standarised management systems. Firstly, formal status of results orientation in different standarised management systems is explained. Secendly, the methodology and effects of research connected with different perspectives and detailes of results orientation in standarised managemenst systems is shown.
