Summary/Abstract: This study presents a quantitative survey to measure the different factors that affect users’ satisfaction in the Algerian Social Insurance Fund. The research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze and confirm the conceptual model proposed in the study. The findings show that (1) reliability, insurance, relations and ethics have a significant effect on user satisfaction; (2) transparency and tangibility have no significant effect on social insured satisfaction. These findings can help decision makers in public service sector to keep monitoring performance and improving service quality.
