Summary/Abstract: In this paper the author defines conceptual mobbing, its manifestations, possible causes and consequences of mobbing. It points to the causes and forms of horizontal and vertical mobbing as well as to the victims of mobbing. The author also points to the legal protection of mobbing victims as well as to the preventive measures.
