Summary/Abstract: The article’s aim reduced to the development of the theoretical and methodological framework of the corporate enterprise's integration processes representation in strategic view. Achieving the article’s aim based on the hypothesis about the necessity and appropriateness of taking in the correlation between the acts of integration and with such a category as development.The features of the joint-stock company integration strategy development and implementation, which based on matching the process of corporate development and development of the corporation as a whole, are determined. The place of such strategy in the system of corporate integration association strategies is determined. The integration strategy content identification obtained by investigation the architectural approach for a corporate structure building. The reference list of strategic decisions to implement the corporate integration process is substantiated. The forms of strategic decisions implementation subordinated to the organizational and legal types of the enterprises association are defined. The management system should for development the integration strategy of enterprise associations or for corporate strategy: determine the principles of candidate’s selection for participating in integration process; establish the criteria of the integration interaction expediency; substantiate the approach to the joint existence of integrated parts; determine the rules for distributing consolidated funds and corporate resources.
