Summary/Abstract: In the formal educational environment characterized by changesand uncertainties, the lack of safety and discouragement we cansignal attitudes and behaviours that are considered undesirable. Wecan notice an alarming growth of inadaptable behaviours that can bedetermined, among others, also by the fact that in school, there is notenough attention given to stimulating the psycho-social abilities or tothe process of forming the prosocial behaviour. The analysis of thevariables that influence the development of prosocial behaviouremphasizes the importance of affection and emotion control in theprocess of adaptation to the social and educational environment.
