Summary/Abstract: In the article describes the main theoretical bases of tariffs’ formation for central water supply and sewage services of the stimulating regulation principles has been considered. The author proposed to extend the government regulation principles of tariffs, and developed structural-logical scheme of tariff’ formation for water supply and sewage in conditions of the priority of the social and environmental measures’ realization.
