Summary/Abstract: The questions of restructuring enterprise were considered, the necessity of changes in the state and structure was justified. The main forms of restructuring that can be used in the food industry were determined. The objectives of restructuring of the food industry enterprises in Ukaine, aimed at improving their competitiveness and economic efficiency, were argumented. Based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of enterprise restructuring programs the prospects of their functioning in the market environment were identified. The conclusions on the future activities of theUkrainian food industry enterprises have been ordered.
