THE NEW SOCIALITY AND PROBLEMS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the essence of the new sociality, which is created by the Internet. The concept of "new sociality" proposed in the monograph of M. Castells, "Галактика Интернет" in which he argues that the new sociality is having an increasing impact on the development of social relations. The article analyzes the current state of the communication activities of the state authorities of Ukraine, their interaction with the citizens, as well as the problems that arise in the way of Internet use in public administration.
