Summary/Abstract: The article describes the stages of formation of monetary estimation. The experience of monetary estimation on examples of Western countries and the countries of the former socialist union is analyzed. Particular institute monetary estimation, its components and distinctive features are illustrated. The technique of calculating the estimation of real estate in different countries are stated. The price of real estate and the factors of influence on its definition is analyzed.
