Summary/Abstract: Article 32 of Criminal Procedure Code defines the types of judicial acts. It classifies them by the authority that issued the acts and the questions, decided by them. The current version of article doesn’t correspond to the powers of the relevant authorities in the various stages of the judicial phase. This requires reconsideration of these criteria and their refinement by changing the existing legal framework.
