Economic activity during extraordinary ecological situation legal regime operation

Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with important problems of legal regulation in the sphere of organization and realization of economic activity by businesses under conditions of extraordinary ecological situation legal regime. Detailed analysis and systematic description of the existing legislation governing businesses’ activity during the operation of the regime under consideration is provided in the article. A number of significant deficiencies and unsolved problems in Ukrainian legislation in the sphere related to the problematic of this research were identified and possible ways of its improvement were proposed.
