Statutory ratio of employment vs. a situation of the sector of sheltered workshops

Summary/Abstract: This article concerns the changes on the labor market of people with disabilities and a situation of the sheltered workshops in the context of changes of the low employment ratios determining the status of the sheltered workshops. In 2011-2016, the most recent law proved to be unfavorable for over 600 of these types of employers who resigned or lost their status in 2011-2012. In addition, in the following years, the interest of employers to apply for such status has considerably reduced.
