Summary/Abstract: Questions of increase of competitiveness of the national economy by creating and supporting the development of the cluster model of production. The article identifies that a key object of state policy in the sphere of competitiveness has become a national industrial clusters. The necessity of creation and restoration within the framework of the cluster research and development bureau is obvious.
