Sources of housing financing in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Lack of sufficient financial resources as well as insufficient creditworthiness of citizens are currently the two biggest problems of financing housing construction in Poland. The main purpose of the article is to present selected sources of housing financing. The author, due to the volume of the article, focused his reflections exclusively on selected sources of housing construction financing in Poland, being aware that selected financial instruments do not exhaust the whole issue, but their importance is first of all the most often chosen instrument by citizens.
