Summary/Abstract: The article investigates the cultural influences that formed Myrhorod ceramic educational center at the turn of XIX-XX centuries. The purpose of the publication is to identify the impacts that formed the unique artistic image of one of the oldest art and industrial schools, to show that Ukrainian people belong to the European cultural circle.Cultural diversity is the result of violent historical processes that have taken place in all periods of Ukrainian history especially at the turn of XIX-XX centuries. It was made an attempt to consider different artistic influences that have taken place in the development of teaching and educational process relying on the materials of the archival documents of the institution. Still not sufficiently highlighted aspects of the history of the ceramic educational institutions were supplemented. At the beginning of the work it was given an overview of recent publications on the history of Myrhorod ceramic training center.It was outlined the prerequisites of the establishment of the institution
