Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the methods of scientific research of the problem of historical and typological synchrony of the musical art of China and Europe as a model of the interdisciplinary methodological complex. While studying the phenomenon of the polar cultural worlds dialogue the validity of the historical methods of the methodology of historical research has been proved. The author also proves the importance of the categories of historical metaphysics, shows the culturological ideas of the cyclic recurrence in the analysis of the historical processuality, focuses on Carl Jung’s theory of synchronicity and B. Asaf'ev’s intonation theory. The article pays attention to the hermeneutic and comparative approaches, principles of semantic and typological analysis of musical works on the levels of national and epochal styles. The article gives the examples of synchrony of musical art of China and Europe in the 6th – beginning of the 21st centuries. The current stage of human development, which is the global civilization, characterized by a growing global community integrity, the emergence of a single global cultural space. Global civilization is primarily concerned with the internationalization of all public activity, attraction of mankind to create a single system of socio-economic, political, cultural, artistic and creative connections and relationships. The interest of scientists as confined to the study of cultural and artistic process of individual countries and their dialogue, learning good practices while maintaining the specificity of each community, mutual forms of civilization, culture and mentality of people. The art of China and Europe – integral parts of world culture that are quite thoroughly investigated.
