The speech of la francophonie

Summary/Abstract: This paper represents an essay issued from our several traveling in France, during exchange processes between universities, and reflects our evaluative attitude concerning the oral expression in the French language, manifested in the francophone environment, first during the early school time, then in the real life of the French speakers. It concerns also the systemic norm and our subjective evaluation for the intern variation of the French language, which puts together the speakers by identifying and rejecting them in the same time.
