Summary/Abstract: The article considers the sense and structure of firm intellectual capital as a synergetic factor of production. The author has proved necessity of division of firm intellectual capital into inter-specific, specific, and universal ones according to a criterion of possibility of application in other firms. The article indicates a place of firm intellectual capital within a system of production factors and its distinctions from other production factors.
