Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the trends Limoges painted enamel of XVI century – the period of its prime – in particular, decorative enamel dishes of XVI century, which became a glorious page of history of arts and crafts in France. The works of one of the most famous enamel artists, Pierre Raymond, are kept in many museums, including the National Museum of Western and Oriental Art in Kiev. Therefore, special attention is paid to creativity of this master in the article.
