Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to answer the question about whether the program House of Culture + Local Initiatives of The National Center for Culture can be an effective tool to support the development of local social capital. The search for answers to this question helped Among others the survey conducted for this study among the beneficiaries of the program − the directors and employees of homes, centers and cultural centers participating in the program helped to find the answer to the question.
