Financial instruments supporting an innovative activity of enterprises in the perspective of 2014-2020

Summary/Abstract: The source of creating innovation in the Polish economy should be enterprises that recognize opportunities of innovation, but are still not willing to undertake an innovative activity. One of the reasons for this is their insufficient access to external sources of financing, as well as the lack of developed system solutions that would encourage businesses to pursue more innovative activities, in particular with regard to SMEs. Polish enterprises increasingly avail themselves of the public aid, including EU funds. This article aims to identify the instruments to support innovative activity of enterprises and to point out the instruments supporting the innovative activity of enterprises in Poland in the framework of the cohesion policy in the new perspective of 2014-2020.
