Multiple utility concepts – some methodological aspects

Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is a methodological apect of multiple utility concepts. Firstly, the assessment is made of single utility concepts. Secondly, the main types of multiple utility concepts are described. Thirdly, methodological arguments against multiple utility are quoted. The main thesis of the article is a claim that there is no inconsistency between standard neoclassical theory of choice and multiple utility framework.
