Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on the interpretation and analysis of regulations about sacrament of the sick. The study analysed the canon and liturgical law. First part explained the meaning of the anointing of the sick and conditions for granting. The last part concerned the civil law, especially the personal right and freedom of conscience. The study took into account the Supreme Court ruling about give the patient a sacrament of sick without his consent.
