Summary/Abstract: The present paper concerns thematic scope of process management development on the basis of the solutions using informatic systems of ERP class (Enterprise Resource Planning). These systems include in their functioning possibilities to model processes taking place in organizations, which have a significant impact on widely understood analyses, concerning the internal and external situation of the organization.
