The Impact of Budget on Poland Socio-economic Development – Flashback and Future

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we focus on issues related to the impact of fiscal policy on socio-economic development in the context of Poland. The first part refers to the analysis of the issue in the context of literature. The second part concerns the assessment of economic and social policy in the years 2013–2015 and to present forecasts for subsequent years. The study was conducted using a technique, which is the survey. Both the current and future situation was analyzed and therefore focuses on such issues as the reforms carried out by the previous coalition, the problems associated with tax rates, the most important macroeconomic issues, public debt and unemployment. Thanks to the previous test results, it was possible to assess the policy of the Polish government in recent years.
