Summary/Abstract: The methods of the trade enterprises development requlation are defined, they are based on the integration of the market and state control. It is founded, that the use of these methods provides the positive dynamics of the trade sector economical activity, it allows to improve trade process, to make it competitive in the consumer market, to optimize the turnover costs and to get a positive financial result.
