The sense of economic activity self-regulation and its correlation with state regulation

Summary/Abstract: The article researches issues of an activity of self-regulating organizations,the historical experience of their activity since the USSR period, and also the experience of developed countries. The author analyzes theoretical components of an activity of selfregulating organizations as well as the practical experience. The researcher has paid attention to the legislation of Ukraine regarding this issue. The author emphasizes principles of an activity of self-regulating organizations in Ukraine as well as in other countries and considers requirements of the WTO for the activity of these organizations.
