Summary/Abstract: Features of market and product development, level of enterprise maturity during the innovation portfolio forming are characterized. Necessity of including into the portfolio the organizational-economic and other managerial innovations for extension of available market-product-enterprise variants and improving commercial potential of basic innovation is proved.
