Summary/Abstract: The fantastic aesthetics combines the verbal and the figural within a unique substance that re-shapes the narrative space and transforms it into a multidimensional universe. This study outlines the nature of the relations between text and filmic or journalistic intertexts inserted in the structure of the fantastic novels,as well as of the metamorphosis experienced by the fantastic literature due to this affinity with media arts.
