Summary/Abstract: The assessment of the quality of tourism services carried on board aircraft which takes into account the nationality of the respondents is an extremely valuable and interesting source of data. This is important especially for companies operating in international markets, namely airlines. The aim of the article is to show discrepancies in the assessment of the quality of tourism services between Poles and representatives of other nationalities. The study used a questionnaire method based on a questionnaire completed by 500 passengers of LOT Polish Airlines. The Mann-Whitney U test and a chi-squared test were used in the analysis and the interpretation of the results. The test results highlighted the existence of dissonance between the two groups in relation to the assessment of selected aspects of the services surveyed.
