Nature of the Quantum phenomenon as a philosophical problem of a primacy of matter

Summary/Abstract: It is shown that there are two causes of the present paradoxical state of the quantum theory, interconnected and closely related: philosophical – it is not defined the reality, the original sub-stance, the physical form – the space is physical, the matter is secondary; and methodological – it is not defined the object of study – the physical space. It is offered the model of the physical nature of quantum phenomena, its "physical fitness." On this basis they are considered the paradoxes of quantum theory and some cosmological implications.
