Personal management controlling – research problems

Summary/Abstract: Personal management controlling is very important, because it supports human resource management in an enterprise. In the present article definition, range, and the tools of the personal management controlling are discussed. The author of the present paper in mentioned areas defined the main research aims, which she would like to continue in her further thesis. The author defined two directions, in which the thesis would continue. The first stream concerns possibilities and advantages that system brings to an enterprise. The second stream concerns needs which executive staff report to use the tools of the personal management controlling.
