A state legal investment policy and structural processes in the national economy

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the research of issues of the periodization of state investment policy stages and changes of its goals and the instrumental support. Having examined the contemporary position of different industrial sectors, the author considers the necessity of the system differentiation of legal mechanisms of such a policy, which will be of considerable importance for key economic branches and the solution of important universal economic matters of the investment support.
