Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author offers a narrow selection of ECHR decisions concerning handicapped persons. The effort of the author is the individual decision to record a significant amount of the judgments of the ECHR with regard to the assessment of claims of persons with disabilities in relation to the decisions of the competent authorities in the country.
