Summary/Abstract: Compulsory vaccination is a subject matter that has been lately hotly debated not only in the Czech Republic. The aim of this article is to focus on the views on this topic presented by the European Courts (ECJ and ECHR) and determine whether the decision of the Czech courts held there in addition to the abovementioned courts have some legislative guidance, which they can hold in their argumentation in the future.
