Summary/Abstract: Acta Iuridica Olomucensia (AIO) is a scholarly peer-reviewed legal journal registered in the world interdisciplinary database ERIH PLUS. It has been issued by the Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic since 2005. Since 2011 it is also available online. Journal’s aim is to contribute to the increase of professional discourse in the field of legal theory and to offer solution to problematic issues arising from the legal practice. AIO is a multidisciplinary legal journal covering issues from all legal areas and problems of all legal professions. The aim of editors, who respect the pluralism of opinions, is to create an open space for presentation of the results of scientific researchers regardless of frontiers and particularities of the national legal systems. AIO accepts and publishes contributions in Czech, Slovak and English language.
