Summary/Abstract: The article briefly discusses reflections of rights and duties between parents and children in current legislation of inheritance law. Rights and duties between parents and children in the inheritance law reflect mainly in the institutes of inheritance incompetence, legal succession, legitimate portion and disinheritance and rights of certain persons for the provision. The article briefly describes these institutes and points to some interpretation problems of these institutes.
