Notification of submission´s attachments to the other party of civil procedure as a precondition of the fair trial

Summary/Abstract: The fair trial is composed of many different aspects, one of them is the knowledge of any suit, that id brought to the court. Czech legal system does not allow to courts to submit to another participants suits with its attachments. That approach violates basic human rights of the other participants.
