The Court´s Right to Lower the Reimbursement of the Cost of the Trial from the Point of View of the Right to a Fair Trial

Summary/Abstract: The article is dealing with the fair trial and its guarantee in the Czech civil procedural law. The author pays particular attention to the court´s right to lower the reimbursement of the cost of the trial. Individual elements of the right to a fair trial are gradually dismantled. Concretely the article shows, which elements of the right to a fair trial have to be fully respected that the application of court´s right to lower the reimbursement of the cost of the trial is legitimate.
