THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY LOCAL ADMINISTRATION VS. THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS − RESULTS OF RESEARCH

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the results of primary research that allows to verify the relationship between the satisfaction of residents of selected cities with the services provided by the local administration and the quality of life they feel. The article is of investigative nature and it has been prepared on the basis of the survey results. In the research process also the literature on quality of life, quality of services and customer satisfaction, available in the form of books and articles, was used. The results of the carried out cluster analysis lead to the conclusion that higher assessments of satisfaction with living conditions in the city are accompanied by higher overall satisfaction ratings with one’s own life and the quality of services provided by the city authorities
