Change in circumstances for obligations arising from torts

Summary/Abstract: Both clausula rebus sic stantibus and question of change in circumstances are basically connected with obligations arising from legal acts – contracts. Question of adequate application these legal institutes for obligation arising from torts is being ignored at all. I deal with this question in the present paper, but with the conclusion that a reasonable application of the institute of change in circumstances for obligations arising from torts is not possible.
