Summary/Abstract: Acta Iuridica Olomucensia (AIO) is a scholarly peer-reviewed legal journal placed on on the list of world interdisciplinary database ERIH PLUS issued by the Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic since 2005, originally as the hard version journal, since 2011 also as the online available legal periodical. Journal’s mission is to contribute to the deepening of professional discourse in the field of legal theory and offer solutions to all problematic issues arising from legal practice. AIO is multidiscipline legal journal covering issues of all legal disciplines and problems of all legal professions. The aim of editors that respects the pluralism of opinions is to create open space for the presentation of the outputs of scientific research of the authors regardless of frontiers and regardless the particularities of national legal systems. AIO accepts and publishes contributions in Czech, Slovak and also in English language.
