Summary/Abstract: Equality of arms in civil disputes is disturbed by divergent procedural provisions of the new Code of Contentious Civil Procedure at the first sight. But is it really so? Or we can finally speak about the right application of the equality of arms principle in anti-discriminatory disputes by using of the new provisions? The author tries to find answers on these questions in following contemplation.
