Summary/Abstract: In the paper the author deals with the legal availability of concluding the agreement on the future contract in labour legislation, in the general and specific consideration. The possibility of its concluding and its elements is determined by the relationship between the Labour Code and Civil Code as interconnected but simultaneously separated legal codes.
