Summary/Abstract: Acta Iuridica Olomucensia (AIO) is a scholarly peer-reviewed legal journal placed on on the List of World interdisciplinary database ERIH PLUS issued by the Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic from the turn of 2005/2006. AIO is multidisciplinal legal journal covering issues of all legal disciplines and problems of all legal professions. The aim of editors that respects the pluralism of opinions is to create open space for the presentation of the outputs of scientific research of the authors. AIO publishes contributions in Czech, Slovak and English language.
