Summary/Abstract: The most characteristic Ukrainian family traditions, and possibilities of their transformation in modern conditions are distinguished in the article. Principal attention is given to the possibility for to integrate time-honoured ceremonies and customs into the forms of culturogen life's work of Ukrainian family.
