Fraud. Demarcation between the deceit crime

Summary/Abstract: We choose to make this delimitation because, in our opinion, there are various similarities and, in contradiction, less differences between fraud and deceit crime, that`s why there is an actual possibility to confuse or, even, to overlap them. The legal text of fraud doesn’t provided that the party suffers losses, like it is necessary for the existence of deceit; the fraudulent misrepresentations usually are simplistic; it can be accomplished by omission or even behaviour; every time, the contract is running and the party just trying to persuade the contractor to conclude the contract in other terms and conditions.
