Summary/Abstract: This investigation is a new model which unites space, time and matter as one whole. The model is based on two basic principles: 1) Limitation of Existence; 2) Space is structure and matter is phase states of the structure. The result of the investigation corresponds to the visible world and discloses reasons of space, time and matter properties.
